At Modaa Clothing, we’re committed to making your contemporary British fashion experience as seamless as our designs. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping and returns processes.
Shipping Information
We deliver our stylish blazers, dresses, pants and other contemporary pieces worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions).
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping (£12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country. We recommend ordering well in advance for special occasions.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every Modaa Clothing piece as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Vests (due to direct skin contact)
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
How to Return an Item
- Initiate your return request by emailing us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Details about the product you’re returning
- Reason for return
- Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package your return securely in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability):
- For exchanges to a higher-priced item: You’ll need to pay the difference
- For exchanges to a lower-priced item: We’ll refund the difference
- If your preferred exchange isn’t available: We’ll issue a refund instead
International Returns
Customers outside the UK may need to pay customs duties or taxes for returned items. These costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” with the original value.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
