Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Modaa Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our contemporary British fashion. If for any reason you’re not happy with your blazers, dresses, or other items, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order. All returns must be in original condition with all packaging intact.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Vests (due to direct skin contact)
- Any items without original tags or packaging
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Initiate your return request by emailing us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You may use the template below.
- Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package your return securely in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and any accessories.

Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If your preferred exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
For exchanges to a higher-priced item, you will need to pay the difference. For exchanges to a lower-priced item, we will refund the difference.
International Returns
Customers outside the UK may need to pay customs duties or taxes for returned items. These costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” with the original value.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
