We offer two convenient options:
1. Standard Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 day delivery via DHL/FedEx (fully trackable)
2. Free Standard Shipping: 15-25 day delivery via EMS for orders over £50
How long does order processing take?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some remote areas in Asia and other regions. International customers may be responsible for local customs fees which vary by country.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! All orders come with tracking information sent to your email once dispatched. You can follow your fashion journey every step of the way.
What if I’m not home when my package arrives?
Our carriers will follow their standard procedure for your area, which may include leaving the package in a safe place, with a neighbor, or providing a delivery notice with collection instructions.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. Please initiate your return through our Returns Center in your account or by contacting customer service.
How do I exchange an item?
Currently we process returns and new orders separately for exchanges. Simply return the original item following our return policy, then place a new order for the item you’d like instead. This ensures you get the correct size/style as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and process your return, refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
